  • The easiest way to get your tickets is to find your email order confirmation; tickets are usually attached as a PDF file you can print.
    Try searching for the info@jacarandafestival.com in your email inbox.

    Finding tickets in your INTIX Account

    1. Log in to your INTIX account. Use the “Forgot Password” link if you have trouble logging in.

    2. After you sign in, if you have purchased tickets through INTIX from multiple event organisers, you will be prompted to select the
    event organiser you are after. Select the appropriate event organiser from the drop-down.

    3. If you have purchased tickets using this email address, they will be available under the “My Orders” heading.

  • Tickets purchased on the Site may be subject to a per-ticket handling fee. Tickets purchased on the site may also be subject to a
    per-order handling fee. This covers the cost of operating an information service and internet site and the processing of ticket(s).
    Handling fees vary depending on the event and are agreed between the relevant event partner and INTIX.

    Changing the name on a pre-purchased ticket(s) may be subject to a per-ticket fee. This covers the cost of operating an information
    service and internet site and the processing of ticket(s), and administration involved. Name change fees vary depending on the event
    and are agreed between the relevant event partner and INTIX.

    Reselling a pre-purchased ticket(s) may be subject to a per-ticket fee. This covers the cost of operating an information service and
    internet site and the processing of ticket(s), and administration involved. Resale fees vary depending on the event and are agreed
    between the relevant event partner and INTIX.
