Parade of Youth & Banner Competition - this vibrant spectacle will be held on Saturday October 31.
It sees hundreds of local students and youth groups march through Grafton carrying colorful banners celebrating the town's famous blooming trees and the festival theme.

Time: Sat 9am

Location: Prince St to Market Square

The Route: Starts at the Grafton Council offices on the river end of Prince Street, travels down the main street and concludes at Market Square.
The Banner Competition: Participating schools (both large and small) and youth groups (such as Girl Guides or Scouts) design colourful, handmade banners around the festival's annual theme. Winning groups receive community recognition, bragging rights and prizes.
Festivities: Following the parade, Market Square transforms into a hub of activity with kids' carnivals, food trucks and entertainment.
Entering: Local Clarence Valley schools, childcare centers, and youth community groups are encouraged to register.
