Royal Party Crowning - is the iconic ceremony of the Grafton Jacaranda Festival, Australia's oldest floral festival. Held annually since 1943, the event features the crowning of the festival royalty, who serve as ambassadors for the Clarence Valley.
The crowning ceremony is a major community event featuring the announcement and crowning of the Jacaranda Queen, King or Ambassador, alongside the Princess and Junior Royal Party members.

The Tradition: The Royal Party is introduced beneath the blooming jacaranda trees, kicking off 10 days of festivities.
